For the players: Shooting car tires and windows does not affect your aim or status, and if you get all four windows and both tires, you'll get to shoot a celebrity in the trunk that also doesn't affect your aim or status.

Don't shoot the guys, unless they have what looks blue, even if they're peeing or flipping you off.

Shooting the cat doesn't affect your status, but old ladies and guys on all fours with a bad on their head will.

My advice to the creator (not that they'll listen), is a few more random pop-ups... Come on... We need to shoot Michael Jackson, OJ Simpson, and Osama!!

There is more to this than simplicity. This also doesn't say what binary language. ASCII is not the only binary language, There are several different variations, and although ASCII is commonly used in America, someone in France, or Japan might not realize this does not cover their binary, just ours. not to mention, even as it is quite common, there are still even more binaries used in America as is, such as the ones I've commonly reviewed on terminal computers processing data in a factory. That bianry langauge is used by people at home as well,

To the best of my knowledge, all binary (that is to say, base 2 number system) in all countries relies on place values, just like our common decimal system. I have no experience writing code in binary, but I think that the string of ones and zeros does not represent a number when used that way (I could be horribly wrong). Still, saying that there is more than one way to interpret, say, the number 10010110 in binary is pretty much the same as saying there is more than one way to interpret the number 24 in decimal.

At first I was thinking "wrong area... AGAIN!" but this actually does qualify for classical rock becuase of the second half! Good job, I enjoyed it.
